Monte Cristo
Challah bread
French Ham
Gruyere
Organic eggs
Soak two slices of Challah bread in 2 eggs beaten with 2 tbsp milk until quite wet
Fry in a pan with 2 tbsp butter, flipping for color
Add the cheese and the ham on top of one of the slices and cover with the other and continue cooking
fry egg sunny side up in same pan
turn off the gas and cover with lid for two minutes so the cheese melts
Place egg on top, drizzle with maple syrup and plate
Quick and easy!!!!!
