we are almost done with the 5 Velux skylights being installed in the attic before it becomes a real space
at a cost of $6000 for the windows and installation, it has a very large part to play in the ongoing renovation….it will give us a new space to enjoy and perhaps help us sell the house for what we have put into it
Installing new interior stairs

We have waited a long time to do this part of the project and finally are on our way!
The stairs will go from the main living floor into the basement and above those the stairs to the attic/new living space will be installed. Â We will also eventually add a second bathroom upstairs, according to our architect’s drawings it will be another 700 square feet of living space.
