Baking these little quiches is a great idea and you can freeze them for future breakfasts! Mine didn’t last long around here. The croissant ham and cheese sandwich is easy to assemble, just get super fresh croissants and insert a piece of ham and your favorite cheese, heat in mini oven for five minutes!

Exploring Barcelona for a week was great! The meat market is amazing and this, although nauseating and vivid is typical of the brutality and truth of carnal and carnivorous food selling agents and their displays
so this is also amazing stuff
This was the best thing about Spain, every corner had a stand with fresh smoked meats!
